Middleware integration PL/I for AIX offers strong integration with latest middleware technologies including DB2 and TXSeries. PL/I for AIX continues to deliver the latest programming interfaces to middleware to facilitate application integration and modernization.
Debugging capabilities IBM PL/I for AIX produces symbolic debugging information which can be read by any standard AIX debugger. XL compilers help increase programmer productivity and lower maintenance costs by providing information consumable by standard symbolic debugging tools, including the Debugger for AIX component included with PL/I for AIX.
