Collaboration & Integration Platform	The Jazz Team Server provides a common collaboration platform that supports your organization’s best practices - be it agile or traditional - and aligns your project teams, their internal organization and the artifacts they are working on. The Jazz Team Server provides a process configuration, guidance, and enforcement framework that bring together your entire software delivery environment with a high degree of flexibility and control. It integrates with a variety of open-source and commercial products. A wide range of server platforms are supported as well including Windows, Linux, AIX, IBM i on Power, and z/OS on System z, and with rich client support for Eclipse, Visual Studio, ISPF, Mac and popular web browsers.	Improves the productivity of teams and quality of the work they produce, and greatly simplifies access to team-related information. Support for any process and any platform, significantly reduces the total cost of ownership and administration.
Collaboration Tool integrations	Rational Team Concert has built-in integrations with collaboration tools such as IBM Sametime instant messaging and IBM Connections social software. The IBM Sametime integration provides team awareness, drag and drop of artifacts, the ability to capture a chat session into a work item discussion and Sametime support for searching for artifacts by name directly from the IM chat window. The IBM Connections integration provides direct access to your enterprise social network including blogs, wikis, communities, activities, profiles and more, from the Rational Team Concert Web UI. Other collaboration tool integrations include Google Talk and Skype.	Collaboration tools help breakdown the silos between teams and organizational boundaries, connecting development projects with communities and making projects more easily accessible to business stakeholders.
Transparency with Multi-level Dashboards and Reports	Team Reports and web dashboards help everyone track the health of their projects at all levels of granularity. Dashboards provide an at-a-glance real-time view of charts, work item queries, event feeds, reports, and other items that are critical to understanding your software and systems projects. Reports provide both real-time views and historical trends of builds, streams, work items, and other artifacts across the lifecycle including integrated products. Work Items	Work Items are the fundamental mechanism to automate, coordinate, and track change across your projects aligned to your team's process. Work item customization can be used to support new and existing change processes in order to support the development process that your organization and project follows.
