WebSphere® DataPower Integration Blade XI50B, and WebSphere DataPower Integration XI50z for zEnterprise are IBM’s hardware ESB, delivering common message transformation, integration, and routing functions in a network device, cutting operational costs and improving performance in a blade form-factor. WebSphere DataPower Integration Blade XI50B and XI50z provides all the same functions as the WebSphere DataPower Integration Appliance XI52 but available in a blade form-factor.

A FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified hardware security module (HSM) is available as an embedded, factory installed option. The HSM provide tamper proof storage of private key material used for cryptographic operations performed on the appliance.

*Note that the HSM option replaces the base standard cryptographic accelerator otherwise present in all DataPower appliances. The HSM must be ordered and installed at the point manufacture and cannot installed later. The base standard cryptographic accelerator is not F
