• Umożliwia asynchroniczne odbieranie na bieżąco zmian w danych dowolnej aplikacji lub usłudze zintegrowanej z WebSphere MQ bezpośrednio lub przez interfejs Java Message Service. • InfoSphere Classic Data Event Publisher for z/OS 9.5 udostępnia nowy interfejs publikacji do współpracy z programami InfoSphere DataStage i InfoSphere DataStage for Linux on System z. Ponadto zawiera elastyczny i stabilny mechanizm przechwytywania zmian danych w środowiskach IMS i VSAM, który charakteryzuje się niskimi opóźnieniami i znacznie ułatwia odtwarzanie danych.
• Rozszerzenia programu Classic Data Architect (CDA) automatyzują tworzenie metadanych i pozwalają na uwzględnienie bardziej złożonych scenariuszy w wizualnym zarządzaniu metadanymi.
