Leveraging Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) for integration deployment, the MEA supports rapid integration with your enterprise portals, enterprise systems, enterprise application integration (EAI) hub or enterprise service bus (ESB) using extensible integration libraries and standards-based integration framework. The MEA has a complete integration development environment that assists you with integration development, configuration and deployment. Portals and 3rd party applications can easily access critical information in Maximo through real-time Web services deployed through the MEA.
