IBM ILOG Elixir provides Flex user interface developers with a collection of innovative display components.

Elixir consists of 11 highly Flex graphical components that present data to users so that they can understand the information more clearly, react faster and make better decisions.

  • Provides 11 ready-to-use user interface controls: 3D charts, gauges, maps, heat maps, calendars, OLAP and pivot charts, organization charts, treemaps, radar charts, and Gantt resource and task charts.
  • Each control has been architected to naturally fit into the Flex environment, from fully supporting Flex’s data-binding and event models to supporting the standard Flex user interaction effects.
  • Controls are tightly integrated within the Flex Builder IDE: developer’s can simply drag and drop from a palette, set properties, and connect to the data source.
  • Elixir’s controls can be used individually or in combination, alongside other Flex components. It is ideally suited for building business activity monitoring dashboards, data analysis displays, and planning and human resources applications.
  • Professionally documented software development kit (SDK) enables developers to fine tune the look or behaviors of the controls. All source code is also included.
  • Platforms supported: Flex SDK 3.2 (or later).
